Whistleblowing

All employees and third parties shall have the possibility to report an alleged compliance violation. The persons giving the tip-off can decide whether they want to reveal their identity or to submit a report anonymously.

In any case, all information passed on will be treated confidentially and will only be used for purposes of clarifying a possible violation. We are aware of the responsibility that comes with  handling the reports.

Protecting the whistleblower is a basic principle of our whistleblowing management. Those who give tip-offs in good faith (i.e. not for fraudulent purposes) shall in no way be discriminated against. Anonymous reports received cannot be tracked back by Zalando.

It is possible both for Employees and for third parties to submit a tip-off in person, by phone or by email and post. A contact form is also available to Employees on zLive. You can find the exact contact details of the Compliance & Business Ethics team on the right side of the page.

Employees also have the option to go directly to their manager with tip-offs. The manager is responsible for forwarding a tip-off on a Compliance violation to the Compliance & Business Ethics team.
